A little about the teacher behind the project...
Mishel Herrera signed up for her 30 day challenge at the end of her first intro week. Her first encounter with the practice was unlike anything she's ever experienced, and she dived into the challenge with a mix of passion, determination and curiosity.
.
Upon finishing her challenge, Mishel enrolled in Bikram Yoga College of India's teacher training. In the spring of 2007, she traveled to Hawaii, where she studied with Bikram, Rajashree, and various teachers from around the world.
She loves this practice passionately: it has changed her life and she marvels at how it continues to change the lives of those who also practice it. She especially loves connecting with folks who are on a 30 (or 60) day challenge.
Mishel is also founder of La Dea Vita, a movement-couture line for women.
Mishel lives, works, creates, thrives, plays and kicks it back around the world. A traveling yogini, she can be found these days in Bikram Yoga Philadelphia and Bikram Yoga Plainsboro.
