so... you up for the challenge?
It's quite the experience. Whether you want to improve your health or create change in your life, this is a fantastic way to do it. Ask anyone who has already done it: they'll agree wholeheartedly.
Whether you already have a regular practice, or you've never tried Bikram before, come into a studio and have a chat with one of your teachers. Give the challenge a go. Think of it as an initiation ceremony to your practice.
If you would like to share your experience with us, contact Mishel below.
Brilliant. See you in the hot room.
a little about the teacher behind the project...
Mishel Herrera signed up for her 30 day challenge at the end of her first intro week. Her first encounter with the practice was unlike anything she's ever experienced, and she dived into the challenge with a mix of passion, determination and curiosity.
Upon finishing her challenge, Mishel enrolled in Bikram Yoga College of India's teacher training. Six months later, she traveled to Hawaii, where she studied with Bikram, Rajashree, and various teachers from around the world.
Mishel teaches in Bikram Yoga NYC and Bikram Yoga Park Slope. She loves this practice passionately: it has changed her life and she marvels at how it continues to change the lives of those who also practice it.
So now she's in a quest to meet other yogis who are willing to take on the challenge, and explore the multifarious ways that this yoga helps people.
If you want to partake in this project, drop her a line below. Be sure to include the name of the studio where you will practice.
